3. Are you starting with "I" or "Hey guys"? (If yes — cut it. Start with the value.)
4. Does your thumbnail match exactly what your first frame shows?
5. Are you building curiosity or just stating a fact in your hook?
6. Is there any unnecessary intro before the value starts?
7. Does your hook speak to a specific pain your viewer has right now?
8. Would someone who doesn't know you still stop scrolling for this?
9. Is your hook under 15 words when written out?
10. Does the first sentence create an open loop that forces them to keep watching to get the answer?
